The residents around the area of Westcliff High School (in particular Suffolk Avenue residents) are being trapped in their own homes between 8am to 9am and 3pm to 4pm due to parents/guardians etc parking on single yellow lines waiting for attendees for the school. The obstructions are so bad in fact, should any of the residents need emergency services, I would in fact be almost 100% certain, they would not be able to reach any of the residents during these hours. This petition is for the safety and wellbeing of the many residents in and around Suffolk Avenue due to reckless parking. Please sign this petition to ensure that should there ever been a need for emergency services to attend to this road in particular (heaven hope they wouldn't) that they can do so without obstruction.
