 Apologies for absence were received from Councillor D J Jarvis, R A H Brown and Mrs P E Rayner.
353 Declarations of interest.
 Councillor Godwin declared a personal interest in Agenda Item No. 4 on the grounds that he was the Secretary of the County Bowls Club which was licensed for gambling.

Councillor Robinson declared a personal interest in Agenda Item No. 4 on the grounds that he was a personal licence holder.

355Pursuant to Minute 289.2(a) of the meeting of the Economic & Environmental Scrutiny Committee held on 20 July 2006, the Committee received a report of the Director of Technical & Environmental Services that sought Members' concurrence to a scheme of delegations, in preparation for implementation of the Gambling Act, the details of which were attached to the report at Appendix 1.
