753 Exclusion of the Public.
 Resolved:

That, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the items of business set out below on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

754 Appeal against termination of contract - Employee DW

 The Committee considered an appeal against dismissal submitted by employee DW. The Council's case was presented by SC supported by NV. MA was called as a witness for the employer. The appellant was in attendance with her union representative, MGB who presented her case.

Having considered all the written evidence presented, the Committee:

Resolved:

That the decision to terminate the contract of appellant DW be upheld on the grounds of incapacity due to sickness.
