 Resolved:

That, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the items of business set out below on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

886 Appeal against dismissal - Employee FP
 The Committee considered an appeal against dismissal submitted by employee FP. The Council's case was presented by JT, supported by the HR officer, T Toms. C Jones, HR Manager, advised the Panel.

The appellant was in attendance with the union representative, M Grant-Browning who presented the case.

Having considered the case put forward, the Committee:

Resolved:

That the appeal be dismissed.
