4The Working Party reconsidered the representations that had been received in response to the statutory consultation for proposed traffic regulation orders for the introduction of waiting restrictions at various locations within the Borough and, after having considered those representations, including those made at the meeting, sought appropriate recommendation to the Cabinet Committee.

In response to concerns expressed regarding the possible increase in the speed of traffic should the proposed one way system Delaware Crescent be implemented, the Council's Team Leader, Traffic Management and Road Safety, undertook to monitor the situation after the scheme had been implemented and would investigate whether the introduction of a 20 mph speed limit and any speed calming measures, including speed humps, would be necessary.
5The Working Party received a report of the Corporate Director for Place that appraised Members of a draft policy, which included the powers and processes to be utilised the removal or relocation of vehicles which had received PCN's.

The Working Party discussed the report in some detail and as a result of the comments raised at the meeting, the Council's Team Leader, Traffic Management and Road Safety, undertook to investigate the possible inclusion of obstruction of driveways to the list of contraventions set out in the table under section 2.1 of the policy.
