The Deputy Chief Executive (Place) authorised: Further to the action authorised by the Director for Planning & Transport, the inclusion of goods vehicles over a chosen weight (usually a minimum of 5 tonnes), in addition to coaches/buses, to the parking restrictions to be imposed by the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order. The restrictions will also be introduced in Ness Road, Shoeburyness and other locations as and when identified. (Reported to Cabinet at its meeting on Tuesday 19th September 2017)
