The Director of Finance and Resources authorised: London Southend Airport Hotel freehold carve out from the main Airport Lease on best consideration terms as certified by Savills to assist Stobart Group to maximise the release of capital for reinvestment in to the Airport. All revenue moves across to the Airport lease and the Council will receive a premium with Stobart Group t/a Thames Gateway Airport Ltd meeting all costs. (Reported to Cabinet at its meeting on 20th June 2017.)
