Mid and South Essex STP - Referral to the Secretary of State for Health & Social Care, sent on 23rd November 2018. As part of that process the CCG Joint Committee were invited to respond to the draft letter of referral prior to submission on 23rd November 2018. This letter is also attached.

Further letter sent to Secretary of State January 2019 and the decision from the Secretary of State dated 30th July 2019 is attached.
