Southend-on-Sea City Council, acting as Landlord, re-appoint Savills to act as property managers in respect of the Victoria Centre for a period of four years with effect from 1st April 2024.

That Southend-on-Sea City Council, acting as Landlord, re-appoint Savills to act as property managers in respect of the Victoria Centre for a period of four years with effect from 1st April 2024.

Following a full procurement exercise and tender, Savills were assessed as part of the procurement process to be the most appropriate provider for property management services at the Centre. This was based on their levels of expertise and experience demonstrated in their tender submission.

A number of other property management company`s bid for the role, however throughout the procurement process and on assessment of their submission they did not demonstrate the level of technical expertise or experience required by the specification.
