Questions from Members of the Public Additional documents: Minutes: The Committee noted the response from the Cabinet Member for Climate, Environment & Waste to a question from Mr Webb and the Cabinet Member for Culture, Tourism and Business to a question from Ms Mitchell. Mr Webb and Ms Mitchell attend the meeting to ask their questions in person.
The Committee also noted the response from the Leader of the Council to a question from Mr Grubb. In the absence of Mr Grubb, a copy of the response will be sent to him. |

Parking Contract Award Additional documents: Minutes: The Committee received a report of the Executive Director (Environment and Place), by way of pre-Cabinet scrutiny, regarding the tender process and award of the Parking Contract.
The report sought authorisation to award the contract to the bidder that meets the Council’s specifications for Parking Enforcement and Operations – Civil Enforcement Operations & Technology System, for which a competitive tender process had been successfully completed.
The report also sought authorisation to award the contract for the school crossing patrol staffing, with the relevant delegated authority to proceed to contracts completion.
Resolved:-
That the report to Cabinet be noted.
