Report of Director of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer

The Committee considered a report of the Director of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer presenting the updated Complaints Against Members Rule for discussion.

Resolved:

That further consultation and engagement be undertaken with Political Groups, non-aligned Councillors and the independent persons on the new Complaints against Members Rules using the new Rules set out at Appendix 1 to the submitted report as a basis for discussion.
