Richmond Avenue - One Way & 20 MPH Limit

We the undersigned petition the council to Make Richmond Avenue a one way road, running from Caulfield Road to St. Andrews Road. With making it a 20 MPH speed limit.

The main reason for this petition is to make it a safer road for parents with children that attend Richmond Avenue Primary School. Also, it will align with West Road which also is a small one way road, which runs from St. Andrews Road to Avon way.
