Residents' Parking Permits
We the undersigned petition the council to introduce a parking scheme for the residents (my parents live in this road) of Dalmatia Road, Southend on Sea who find it increasingly difficult to park outside or sometimes even near their own home.
This is due to either commuters for the station (less so but still an issue), shoppers for Southchurch road, when the car park is full at the top, and because of tenants and home owners some now owning up to 3-5 cars per house when the houses are only 1 car wide in the first place. The infrastructure is just not there for multiple cars so I would like to put in a request for resident permit parking scheme so that households are restricted to two permits max per household.
