Abandon plans for excessive speed bumps on Burgess Estate

We the undersigned petition the council to After plans have emerged that the Council has proposed to install a High number of speed bumps in the Burges Estate area, we the residents call upon the Council to abandon these plans due to the noise and air pollution that will be caused and the lack of data evidence that these roads require speed bumps. We also call upon the Council to instead review speed measures along Maplin Way, Burges Road, Barnstaple Road,Burlescombe Road,Southchurch Boulevard and Eastern Esplanade.
