·                    Health & Safety (Internal)

·                    Highways (including maintenance)

·                    Highways and Transport

·                    National and Regional Affairs (including Partnerships, LEP, Thames Gateway etc)

·                    Passenger Transport / Vehicle Fleet

·                    Procurement

·                    Property Support and Maintenance

·                    Public Transport

·                    Queensway Development (Joint with Leader)

·                    Risk Management

·                    Sea and foreshore defences (strategic)
