84 East Beach Caravan Site - Application for Variation of Site Licence Conditions
Resolved:

1. That the application be refused on the ground that it would lead to the complete loss of the site for the use of static and touring caravans contrary to public interest as disclosed in the letters of objection and in the fact that there is no other static and touring caravan site within the Borough.

2. That the conditions as to the type and number of caravans on the site together with the model conditions remain in force and the application for all year round use of the site be refused.
