279	Further to Minute No. 270 of its meeting held on 30 June 2003, the Committee received a report of the Director of Technical & Environmental Services that appraised Members of the objections that had been received in response to the advertisement of the revised Hackney Carriage fare and charges structure and which sought Members approval to confirm the revised structure. Copies of the letters of objection were attached to the report. Mr Sutton of the Southend Taxi Drivers' Association was in attendance at the meeting.
