764The Sub Committee considered an application made by the Essex Police to review the premises licence in respect of The Old Hat, 14 Alexandra Road, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1BU.

The Sub Committee was informed that a new framework of Premises Licence conditions, supported by a number of policies had been agreed between the Licensee and the Police.

The Sub Committee accepted the proposed resolution of the application on this basis and therefore:
