Resolved:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 10th December 2007 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
1055 Exclusion of the Public.
Resolved:

That, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the items of business set out below on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

The Committee considered candidates for longlisting for the posts of Head of Children's Commissioning Support & Adult Learning.

Resolved:

1. That the search agency continue the search activity for a further period and to reconvene for longlisting on 19th March 2008.

2. That applications from LR, KS, TS and MS be held for further consideration on 19th March 2008.
