 The Committee considered a report of the Corporate Director Children & Learning, together with supporting correspondence from the parent of pupil NE, in connection with an application for home to school transport assistance. The consideration of this appeal had been deferred from the meeting held in September 2012.

Resolved:

That there being no circumstances reported which would justify a departure from the Council's policy the appeal be dismissed.
