Appeal Against Dismissal - Employee RT
The Committee considered an appeal against dismissal submitted by employee RT. The appellant was accompanied by his trade union representative, Mr T Sneller. The Council's case was presented by Mr N Harris, supported by Mr T Toms (Human Resources Manager), who called a number of witnesses. The Committee, having considered all the evidence presented, found that, on the balance of probability, the evidence was insufficient to substantiate a charge of misconduct and therefore: Resolved:- That the appeal be allowed.
