The Committee considered an appeal against dismissal submitted by employee JEB. The Council's case was presented by Mr Martin Elliott, supported by Mrs Natalie Valentine (HR Officer). Mrs Yvonne Petley was called as a witness by the Council. The appellant was in attendance with her union representative, Mrs Claire Wormald who presented her case.
