Update on the Safer Journeys to School Programme
Resolved: That the Cabinet Committee be recommended that the statutory consultation on the necessary Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) and notices required to implement the proposals be undertaken and subject to there being no objections to the statutory consultation, the TROs be confirmed and the proposals be implemented. Note: This is an Executive function Not eligible for call-in as the matter has already been the subject of call-in via Cabinet Committee Executive Councillor: Waite

Pantile Avenue
Resolved: That the Cabinet Committee be recommended:- 1. That the proposed Experimental Traffic Regulation Order funded by the Primary Care Trust be implemented; and 2. That subject to the outcome of the Residents' Parking Management Scheme proposals being considered by Cabinet at its meeting on 16 June 2009, parking bays be provided on the south side of Pantile Avenue and allocated by issue of a parking permit to properties 1-9 Pantile Avenue for 6 months.
