803	Minutes of the Meeting held on Tuesday, 29th November, 2011 Minutes	Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 29th November 2011 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
804	Minutes of the Meeting held on Wednesday, 19th October, 2011 Minutes	Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 19th October 2011 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
805	Exclusion of the Public.	Resolved: That, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the items of business set out below on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

806	Grievance Appeal - Employee LC	The Committee considered a grievance appeal by employee LC. The appellant was accompanied by her trade union representative, SN. The Council's case was presented by SH, who was supported by TC. Resolved:- That the appeal be dismissed.
