The Director of Finance and Resources authorised: The sale of the fire-damaged restaurant offers a more comprehensive development opportunity for the Esplanade Pub and enables the Council to optimise its value from this asset. Terms for a sale conditional on planning have been agreed and are set out in the SO.46. (Reported to Cabinet at its meeting Tuesday, 7th November 2017)
